About Us – Elite New Homes
OUR STORY
Elite New Homes was founded by Michael Vella in 2005.
Michael comes from a family of carpenters and builders, so a career in home construction was always the dream. He quickly developed a passion for home construction and the technical side of the job whilst working alongside his family.
He combines his structural experience with the design expertise he has gained from over 16 years in the residential construction industry.
Michael has worked to form a highly experienced and dedicated group of people, the Elite New Homes Team, that shares the same vision he does: to deliver the best at each stage of the construction (and design) process.
For each new home project, the build is overseen by both Michael Vella, a registered builder (DBU25068), and the construction supervisor.
To uphold the highest level of quality, we also employ an independent building inspector to review work at lockup and all other stages of the building process.
